Do I read this as, the global centers not being part of GBLX after the spin-off? Why would GBLX want to do that?

Also, a general question: There's other companies out there "building their inter/intranet networks", like MFNX, PSIX, and Equinix. I believe MFNX and PSIX are laying their own fiber, and PSIX is also inter-continental. This would be competitive w/ GBLX, ... yes? Or, for those "key undersea routes", would PSIX and others lease bandwidth from GBLX and then effectively call the leased capacity "their network"??
