SPO will bring investment community coverage and support, institutions are more likely to take positions with companies that have more substantial floats... NDB is an example. This will be intersting as the UW's are heavy hitters, they'll accumulate shares cheap via the secondary and hit the wires with 'strong buy' This chain of events must be viewed positive and/or the spo is priced higher than current market.
