Mezz, don't make it a nationalistic thing, the judge just screwed up big, that's all. The 'us' and 'them' are the good guys and the bad guys, and you'll find both on both sides of the border. I'm pretty sure i'm a canehjun because it's Canada Revenue to whom i send cheques, and as i just said over here this sort of thing makes me ashamed for my country - techstocks.com

Yes, the laws are structured differently, but the people are not. We value the right to express our opinions as much as any people on the planet. This particular thing is absurd, it's ex parte which means the judge only listened to one side before acting so draconically ... he just screwed up, that's all, he will end up very embarassed.

This morning in the wee hours i loaded this post from rb - ragingbull.com ... still have it up in a browser window ... if it's been deleted could you tell me? ... cheers
