David, GraphOn received a patent for using the X11 protocol to display Windows Apps to X Window systems. X is a very bandwidth intensive therefore not always practical. Citrix uses ICA which is a key discriminator in the market as it is far more efficient in respects to network bandwidth utilization. Therefore I believe that there are no patent issues and there is not much of a threat from a competitive standpoint.
