PLUG Power, which IPOed at 15, and only rose to 16 on opening day is up 6 today alone. I have found no news. This is a good fuel cell play. They actually will be selling units by 2001 under a JV with GE. Ballard still has no production plant. I bought 200 @16 on opening day, and am holding very long. PLUG Del
