FWIW - i think you guys and gals should focus on:

1 - understanding the business model
2 - researching the business plan
3 - determining if there are any IPRs here
4 - any discontinuous innovations
5 - traders die broke
6 - cash is king
7 - EBITDA is what matters in the long run
and then decide if VARL is a LTB and H
