HNV,

For the 1/99 high to be a MIM it would only be so in using the 2/98 peak as the reference. The problem is that the low coming off the 1/99 high is lower that that of the 2/98 post-peak low.
The 1/99 peak is now the active reference high and HNV has a possibility to set up a proper MIM here.......if it goes higher. Then you get the pullback over several months from the MIM and the wait for the price to break over the MDTL.
It could be a while for all that but in the meantime there'll be some good opportunities for some short term trades on it. Just buy low and sell high >gg<
