Peppe!

Don't agree with you on this.

They have NO CHOICE but to try to turn things around.
What happens if the process of a sale takes time, OR
there are no buyers?

It is a much more credible sale situation to say:

-- we did a lot of things, and made some mistakes (UB)
-- things got sloppy
-- we are cutting back to the profitable core
-- we have a fantastic customer base
-- we have great products coming (soon)
-- what we have to offer is a slimmed down, profitable
business with a great future

The last proposition if not bought by a purchasing company, hopefully would be bought by the market when the vastly
improved EPS started showing up.

So in this I share the point of view expressed by Charlie
Tuna.

Best wishes,
Jim
