Captain Jack Look at Newbridge Networks, a circuit-switching manufacturer
that once could do no wrong.
Just for the record, NN in 75% of sales is ATM, IP/ATM, LMDS and xdsl-
packet based technologes.
Only 25% is circuit-switching TDM.

So, whoever wrote this does not know what he is talking about, calling NN circuit-switching based company.
Also mentioned startup IronBridge is NN's affiliate.
