Charlie: NN is not going to make any such announcements.

They are going to play for time using their Banker as a
prop when needed.

T.M and the Board know they will get shafted in a share swap. They are not going to accept it unless there is a price guarantee.

Based on that, my guess is that they are prone to going it alone.
