Remember not long ago, the US Govt asked the Russians not to give the Indians the Cryogenic engine. Now the Indians make their own. The Indians promised that they will have their own CUSP. You can't stop a marriage by hiding a comb -- in this case no one can stop India from progressing to its fullest potential. Jai Hind.
