Dan, when you come up with a specific harmful act carried out as a result of the law you cited, I may discuss it with you. I do not care to discuss your general Eek-o-fears.

If you want the specifics of my owl recipe, you will have to wait. Look for it soon in Martha Stewart's magazine - I hope we have time to incorporate the snail-darter stuffing before she goes to press.
