<<Why the big drop in MICTF ????? >>

Time to repeat the question. MICT (the former MICTF) suddenly went into free fall this afternoon. After being up a couple of points it suddenly dropped 5 pts mid-afternoon. No announcement from MICT but INSP is buying out MICTs and others interest in Saraide in a stock-only transaction. Details aren't clear (to me at least) but insp soared 17+ today. NT (another saraide holder) was up a couple (though it seemed to take a quick drop on the news as well). INSP is a hot stock so I don't necessarily see MICT exchanging saraide for insp stock as a bad thing. Comments, anyone?
