ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 1999--GameCom, Inc. (OTC BB:GAMZ),
announced today that it has filed Form 10-SB with the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission for the purpose of registering the company's securities.
This registration establishes a public file containing material financial and business information on
GameCom for use by investors, and also creates an obligation on the part of the company to keep
such public information current by filing periodic reports on Form 10-Q (quarterly reports), Form
10-K (annual reports), and on current-event Form 8-K, as applicable.
