If you are 2, then I'm 1. But, here goes:

You know about convergence, so IATV software will be in every digital set top box. It is interactive, meaning the viewer, if watching sports for instance, will be able to pick the camera angle of choice, bring up stats at will, order a pizza for home delivery while doing so, buy a cd, etc., but the big bucks come in the advertising capabilities. That's where the Wolzien patent, owned by IATV, comes in. (Wolzien is a Wall Street media guy who sold it to IATV for a whole bunch of stock.) This patent, as I understand it, is a push-pull type, so an advertiser on Sunday's NFL game will be able to "push" a specific ad to you for Toyota, while your neighbor gets one for Mercedes <gg>. Thus an advertiser's dollar conceivably will be used more effectively.
