Len, your point is well taken. BUT, since the barrier to entry is one based on skill or know-how, it not only can be crossed, but WILL be crossed, imo. Its just a matter of time.

Just because JDSU does not now have competitors does not mean that they won't have competitors. Patents won't keep them away, as far as we know.

You know I am long JDSU and have coined the phrase "holding JDSU tightly lightly". We have many months (or a few years) of a royal ride with JDSU, imo.
