Here's the story: Got the percentage wrong the first time: DOW JONES NEWS SERVICE 10:48 Harbinger/Alanco Environmental -2: May Seek Board Changes WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A group including Harbinger Capital L.P. reported a 21.7% stake in Alanco Environmental Resources Corp. (ALAN) in a filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The group said it holds about 7.5 million common shares of the Scottsdale, Ariz., company, which it purchased at an average price of $2.15 a share. The group added that it has communicated with Alanco concerning management and share value issues and is now evaluating alternatives, including management or board changes, in order to bring about improvements in those areas.
