I thought Cisco and ADI were just friends, but David thinks it's getting more serious:

Analog Devices Inc. (NYSE: ADI) soared up 4 1/2, or 6
percent, to a 52-week high of 74 1/8 Monday after ABN
AMRO raised its 12-month price target from $80 to
$100 a share.

Analyst David Wu also raised his fiscal 2000 earnings
estimate on the Norwood, Mass.-based chipmaker to
$2.05 a share from $2 a share.

Wu said ADI could benefit from Internet infrastructure
equipment maker Cisco Systems Inc.'s (Nasdaq:
CSCO) decision to use more digital signal processor
(DSP) products and high frequency mixed-signal
integrated circuit chips in its products.

ADI shares hit a 52-week high Friday after easily
beating analysts' estimates in its fourth quarter and
predicting continued strength
