Health Management Systems, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 1999 Results HMSY achieved record consolidated revenue for each of the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 1999, reporting results of $30.2 million and $114.1 million, respectively. biz.yahoo.com Not too bad. Beat estimates by 2 cents. They've got about $2 a share in cash. $5 seems like a pretty low price for a software company on a run rate to make 60 cents next year.
