The loans in feb would make sense - they don't expect to get all the info together and back from all the consultants till then. So the loan could then be approved in Feb in short order and then the bidding can begin.CHL has made few bones about their desire to NOT be a producer. So this is the dressing up of the product before she goes into the window for sale! OMKT - will have a look- thanks
