As thrilled as I am that the market is finally starting realize what Mercury has achieved with their Magellan package, there is another whole area within Mercury that I think the market hasn't even started to wake up to at all. It is Mercury's "Nova Online" product....their Internet based crew bidding system.

Flight crews bid for preferred routes and schedules based on their seniority. This is done on a monthly basis and is a very cumbersome/time consuming job given that 1000's of people within each airline who make up these flight crews are in many different cities around the world at any given time, and certainly not always near head or regional offices.

Nova Online changes all that. Crews can log on to the internet and bid for their routes at any time and from anywhere. Mercury's software handles the entire process, giving airlines the ability to greatly streamline this difficult task, saving the airlines a lot of time, energy and $$$'s. Mercury's product works, airlines are signing up for it, and the company is already making $$'s from it.

Now has the market caught on to the blue sky potential here in this product? Not at all. I've often thought that Mercury should put a .com behind their name to better reflect this aspect of their business. Their Nova online software is a strong, innovative product that is now being adopted by airlines and put into daily operations. And it is certainly a whole lot better than 99% of the .com trash that sends stocks soaring based on some "future" hope of a product. The potential future revenues for Nova Online is enormous.

The market will catch on, and soon I would expect given the new found attention Mercury is only starting to receive. And when the market realizes what is here....internet based software able to solve a major headache for airlines around the world that is already fully operational.....I expect the updraft in shareprice should be quite something to be a part of.

Regards,

Kevin
