ASD Systems Appoints Ted Bilke as Chief Operating Officer
GARLAND, Texas, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ASD Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASDS) today
announced that Ted Bilke has accepted the position of chief operating officer at ASD
Systems. As COO, Mr. Bilke will oversee the management of the company's systems, call
center and fulfillment operations. "We are excited that Ted is joining our team," said Norm

leadership and industry experience."
Prior to accepting the position at ASD Systems, Mr. Bilke was with Navigator Systems. His
career also includes MCI Systemhouse, a three-and-a- half year tenure with Bell and Howell
Mail Processing Systems as well as ten years with Electronic Data Systems. Mr. Bilke has
extensive experience managing technical and operational personnel. "I am thrilled to be
