Tried a one day bench trial today.
It went well.
It was always a 50/50 shot for our team,
but I feel good about it.

The judge was very nice.
He complimented both counsel
on being prepared and sophisticated,
understanding the subject matter
and presenting it well for the court.

I'll take brownie points whenever I
can get 'em.
But it will be sweeter if we WIN!

It's under submission for the time being....
