Well, I have 2 Canadian Companies and one from the Bahamas suing me right now for the very same thing......well at least a similar thing....

Don't think they can't do it...because they can.
Nothing is decided yet in this case....but their MO is to starve you to death...as they are well funded.

Right now....your First Amendment Rights and the Internet are at a crossroads...and about to have a head on collision.
I suggest if you want to keep those "rights" you do all you can to let people know about how you think they are being infringed upon. Write your congressmen.
