I tried to reason this and came to the conclusion that in technology there is NO PLACE FOR RUNNERUP. GO FOR CHAMPION. The Big caps will move higher and higher and small caps will languish. In the last 2 weeks movement in CSCOs Market cap is equivalent to nearly the combines Market CAP of COMS, CS, JNPR etc.
