Brian: Today MSFT realigned their corp. into O/S,Apps, and Other. Now even though they had almost regrouped in this fashion earlier the fact that they are doing this now makes one think that perhaps Posner's hand was in this. It would appear,therefore, that maybe DOJ hired Greenhill with Posner's blessing. My question is what does DOJ care about the financial fallout of a break up along functional lines. Or maybe this all just coincidence. What is your take? JFD
