Charles: Re my last call to ir. They did make referance to drill contractors being sick(two with malaria I believe) when I called. I do not know all the details of the suit but it is not inconceivable that both these instances could have occured (the malaria and the drinking). In other words, there may have been sick contractors in Oct 96 and these lawsuit charges may date back to ongoing problems that started long before that. Surely they would not be so stipid as to file a false lawsuit for damages after releasing false news releases. Just pondering. Charles, I respect your determination on this and if there more to this than I see I will be the first to acknowledge your insight. Till then I am hoping for the best.
