If you are docile and blindly do what others tell you that is your right. On the other hand, MSFT investors and MSFT has every right to complain about this unjust ruling, the DOJ, the Judge and anything else we please. It's called the first Amendment or do you propose placing limits on that?

MSFT also has the right to appeal and not capitulate to the DOJ. Some believe that you should not make deals with the equivalent of extortionists.

Ref your comment: "Just because YOU'RE unhappy with the result doesn't make it reversible error." It is refreshing to see that you understand the ruling was in error <ggg>.
