Bob--I am perfectly willing to admit that ETrade's service isn't perfect, but neither is the service of any other OLB. What I find tiresome about Diamond Jim's posts--at least when he can't access ETrade for whatever reason at the time (some or many of which may be E*Trade's fault)--is that they merely are representative of him venting his spleen, not of anything that adds anything to our knowledge of the stock. The first 10 posts referring to "E-Turd," "E-Crap" and "E-Trash" went far enough for me. I didn't, and don't, need 30 more of the same...
