You are probably right that I should call gateway but last time I called them, I was on hold for 20 minutes and they ended up saying it was a windows problem and not their turf. Wasn't much help. Oh BTW, someone posted a link to smart computing a few days ago and that is just full of great computer articles. The Windows tips in the June 99 edition is 88 pages of good tips. I learned alot and I'm only up to page 16.
