Thanks robert for starting this thread. I will do my share as well. I know from experience that disclosure is everything. I sell real estate for a living where the temptation is always there to "overlook"`something. I only stop disclosing when I just can't think of anything else to disclose; and I always make sure engineer's and other professionals have inspected the property. I am always ready to walk away from a deal I don't like or think is questionable. I also appreciate John kaiser helping us to understand and address this issue. Koanhead.
