Buffett advises to buy a "franchise"; a particular set of money making elements which cannot be easily duplicated. I've thought that RXSD may have some of this; in the form of an established brand and distribution channel, but I'm not sure anymore that it is worth all that much. I suppose in the right hands of a big pharma aiming to achieve instant market penetration, yeah this would be great. But RXSD seems inept handling the niche it's carved and appears to be losing it if anything. Not sure RXSD is a company I'd want to own that much of; better places to put your money, IMO. RWR
