Hi John,

Like you, I too am hopeful GAC will be a solid performer. I have had a rough time with this stock over the past couple of years.

The JBA acquisition is over now and those costs that management have identified will all be behind us next fiscal year. It shouldn't surprise the street that integration related costs associated with any acquisition will have an impact for at least 2 quarters. I say 2 quarters because I think it will take that long to iron out all of the anxiety, cultural differences, personnel problems, etc. before management can begin to focus on creating shareholder value.

I believe Bergeron indicated they would like to get back to a 20% NOI again, but I may be wrong.

As for the next acquisition? I think that to rush into the market now would be a mistake, but what do I know? They are now the 4th largest in the world and they need to assess their current plans on how they will reach # 3, then # 2 and ultimately become the leading Company. That takes time!!

Bergeron has a good track record and I hope he can take us for a ride...UP and not down!!<ggg>

I believe the next step is a listing down south. From there, they should receive adequate coverage to be able to raise cash in the equity markets and avoid assuming debt.

The $30 price level is a significant support price...it would be good to hold at these levels. Their earnings should be coming out soon. I wouldn't be surprised if they have overestimated their reserves for integration and surprise the market by beating their original estimates. The key, however, is growth in revenues and cash flow!!

Take care,
