I was also curious to see if any of the Cambridge 225K
shares made in onto the insider report would be out. All
Sept 1999 data should be out by now.
From the Sept 21 news release:

"Subject to regulatory approval, a finder's fee is payable to Cambridge
Capital Corp of 725,000 shares of NCS at a deemed price of $2.27 per
share, of which 225,000 shares are issuable immediately following
regulatory approval and 500,000 shares are issuable on closing the three
acquisitions. "

All I can find is a NLC director related to Cambridge.
He is also involved in a Norcross, GA company and Glyko Bio which both done well.
