I'm pretty new to this stuff, but why would the doc fight the proxy if he is not interested in influencing the board or taking control of the company. Also, has Doctor Rosen paid the court award yet? Finally, does anyone know what happened at the meeting today (I believe it was supposed to take place today)? Dave
