Doug (and others), any possibility of tax issues affecting timing of a deal? I lean toward early next week, early January or never. IF NN has real value, suitors likely know this could be a now or never window.

I think NN's gone unless the Gods act crazy. We've gone beyond FSBO dreams and listed the property, right?
