Boolish, Try the BNTI SI board. There is a lot of good info there. MAKAMAI posted there recently with an excellent recap that will save you many hours digging.

Add to MAKAMAI's post these thoughts. Grant Sutherland and Owen Jones run TechWest. They have selected BNTI and SDWF as the two companies they want to manage and develop from TechWest. Currently BNTI has not fared as well as they might hope. (Especially compared to sister Sideware, which really has ticked off some BNTI investors) Their problems include such difficulties as internal strife over development efforts and a customer lack of interest for the advanced pattern recognition technologies and turnkey vision systems they would like to use in industrial applications.

I like BNTI for two reasons (and own the stock long)

1) I believe in the technology with a REAL long view. My perspective from 25 years experience in HW/SW development (including vision systems) lets me appreciate how tough these applications are. Plus many industries are resistant to innovation. But I believe that the key to greater productivity gains is in this approach. (Or by tradition, we make people work harder, longer hours)

2) I like the managers. Owens and Sutherland have proven themselves to me. And they personally own more of BNTI than they own of Sideware. Do you think they will be motivated to help BNTI? As Sideware matures they will have more capacity to do so.

Don't forget, you can always call Rick Simpson, Investor Relations, at: 800-667-4340.

Kris
