Good morning Prezz. I am assuming you are using the New SI? To find old messages to you click on Inbox and then click on Trash. It should have two sections in it. The first are the most recent Private Messages and the second are the most recent Public Messages. If you have a message you want to keep be sure to go to folders and file it. The trash file has a limited number of messages that remain in it. To update your profile go to the SI Navigation box in the upper right hand corner. Click on Customize. Then Click on Profile.
