Exactly! Always suspicious of broker downgrades and upgrades. They upgrade right before they want to help themselves and their clients unload a bunch of stock. And then there's that famous saying about stocks.....buy 'em when everyone else hates 'em.

I bought a little ESPI yesterday to put away and forget for a while.
