John, Two events have occurred. One, the illegal acts brief filed by the DOJ and States. Two, the addition of YHOO into the S&P 500 index causing portfolio alignments. Perception of new developments from the DOJ action is most likely a downer for MSFT today. Portfolio alignment may have occurred at the close yesterday, or maybe tonight. Regards
