Dear Steve: Yes, and I think its highly likely the general market does not understand the ramifications of that acquisition. The acquireds earnings were not available in the first press release and the company never made a second release when earnings were available, merely filing an 8-k to report it. Since its a purchase and not a pooling it also didnt show up in the last financials issued by SYNT. So this COULD BE a hidden item which may create a very favorable surprise going forward. At least thats what I am hoping. JDN
