Wash Square is doing fine, since the police have started actually patrolling it, its much nicer.

As for DD, it is the news releases that raised my concern. The relationships between the companies should be clearly spelled out. A deal between 2 companies run by the same men is not of the same value as a deal between 2 seperate companies. These press releases are misleading at best.
