TUCK is pissed. They have had enough of this rise. They came on the offer at 13 1/2 and have gradually moved down to 13 5/16. They want stock, but they want it cheaper.

OK, who is going to sell their stock to them?

They just moved to 13 3/16 offer. They want this stock lower so they can buy!
