I read it again, and you are still WRONG.

For example, there are clauses in the Warrant instrument that clearly state the exercise price adjustment for issuing Rights or Options or Convertible stock, and nothing about straight issuance of common stock at fixed price formula based on current market pricing.

To emphasize the point, the Series A preferred have all been exercised after several interim financings were complete, with NO ADJUSTMENT in the conversion pricing for the dilutive impacts of those interim financings. The facts prove you WRONG Larry.

Is there a reason why you put this blatantly false negative hype on this thread?
