Doug, there is another scenario. First at $45/share, owning 36 mill shares will give him 1.6 bill to play with. You can build a lot of stadium for that. On the other hand he can get shares in a bigger co that will triple or quadruple what he has now. He can also be allowed to play a key role in the new co being the consumate ATM salesman that he is, any co buying NN would certaily want to keep the No salesman let alone a top researcher. I think NN plus the new co is going to go through the roof, TA
