Yes, I read the Certicom comments and agree it smells of manipulation. Lots of the same re: NN.

As for comments regarding strength in Q4 versus Q1, from my CC notes:

Q: Growth in orders, linear throughout quarter?
A: Seeing increase toward end of Q. 4Q is large booking quarter. Nokia, Ericsson, Nokia.

Q: Backlog is 13.9 million. "Pretty healthy." Right on track. Largest orders happen in Q4 --- that's at low end. Will be higher at end of Q4.

Q: (re: RFPs being evaluated) Same thing for subscription market?
A: Expect to have substantial orders in Q4. Also "some good orders 2 to 4 quarters out."

Comments regarding Nokia:

Q: Nokia, Motorola, what's relationship?
A: Nokia, we're valued supplier. We literally lift our shirts/skirts. They do the same. We share technology.

Q: Engineers going to Nokia?
A: Yes. We had 3 there last week. In fast-paced world, there is a lot of partnering. We are privileged to be with our partners.

. . . "Thank you for tuning in. . . hopefully when you tune in for fourth quarter you'll be very very pleased. Expecting a strong quarter."

This is for those who weren't around for the CC.
