Two natural gas/oil plays I like: TXCO good news today, very little liquidity but if you are willing to hold think you will be rewarded. For a small E&P this one looks pretty good to me. Like the insider buying, and good news lately. HGT is a royalty trust but it's reserves have a 40 year life and pays a nice dividend while you wait for natural gas to increase (unless you think natural gas is going to zero). XTO spun it off and manages it. Not really playing these for short term pops but have been adding for a longer term hold Be interested in some opinions on these from our resident experts.
