December 6, 1999 From the Desk of John Schmitz: PanAmerican Bancorp is in the final stages of its planned reorganization and consolidation. The new offices are almost in move in condition. Despite delays with the phones and T-1 lines we will be in before year's end. Our strategic planning is focusing on revenue generation. We have spent considerable time evaluating each potential profit center. Our goal was to accelerate the divisions with the most potential for immediate returns. Since we have undergone some management changes and substantial restructuring, I believe we will see revenue increases. We have also laid ground work for a plan to reach other goals, such as NASDAQ listings and a registration under the 1933 Act. Stay tuned for further developments. panambancorp.com
