Hi Frank. I have just become a "significant investor" in PICA. For the following reasons;
1) They own 1,000,000 shares of LUMM ($27,000,000US)
2) They own 1,000,000 shares of VGIN ($16,000,000US)
3) They own 20% of MNTX which owns 700,000 shares of LUMM (140,000 indirect shares = $$$$)
4) They own 35% of Softquad
5) The own BFG 70K shares
NOTE - All confirmed Friday by the company!
My primary interest is their ownership directly/indirectly of LUMM. My suspicions are that they will be moving off of the CDN OTC before 2nd quarter next year to the new CDNX....maybe?
NAV is about $7.00 and that assumes LUMM remains at $27US...my bets are that LUMM will reach $40.00US by Ist quarter 2000. If not bought out, then $100US by end 2000
No pump, just my impression. Considering I have never bought an OTC BB or an OTC stock before in my life I consider myself lucky to get in on these prices.
