Mark, Are you getting any feel for the prevalance of one head drive? (For that matter does anyone know how they are selling or if the lowest end PCs are using them). What's interesting is that if these become common, a digital VCR with its three platter drive will be six times as valuable to the head and suspension companies. I'm waiting for the day when digital VCRs are widely recognized as the hottest consumer product and people look around for the beneficiaries of this trend. Does anyone have a very good idea of the incremental costs of going from a single platter, 2 head drive to a 2 platter four head drive? Intuitively, I believe it should be pretty insignificant compared to the total cost of the product they are in but would feel more comfortable with numbers. -Z
